Lawyer Costs

We Only Collect Attorney Fees When You Win

We will only charge attorney fees if and when we win a recovery for your case. When we take on a new client, we do so because we are confident that they have a strong case and that we can achieve justice on their behalf. Our attorneys have recovered millions for our clients and can pursue maximum compensation for you.

Woman: Does it cost any money to hire you? Kerry: So you're asking how much a lawyer is going to cost you? Let me tell you, just because, one of us anyway, has gray hair, doesn't mean you're going to pay any more for an older, experienced lawyer, because let me tell you also, the older, experienced lawyer is typically the wiser lawyer who's going to get you a far greater recovery than somebody who's just practicing. We've seen auto accident cases from A to Z and everything in between and all kinds of injury cases, we've gotten recoveries far exceeding what our clients expected. So the answer is, it's not going to cost you anything if we take your case. If we take your case, we will never charge you until and unless we collect money. If we take your case, that means we're running the risk that we believe, yes, yours is a solid case where we are going to get recovery. We're not about to put our time and money and effort into a case that we don't fully believe in, because if we take your case, you're pretty much guaranteed it's a case that we like and we believe wholeheartedly we're going to get you a good recovery. George: Kerry, you're right. I mean, it's something that the age of the lawyer doesn't necessarily make a difference but you want somebody who has passion about your case and believes in your case as much as you do, and I think that's what we do. And we've been doing that for a long time and we're going to continue doing that.
